Wedding Ceremony

PLEASE NOTE; Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and during Stages 2 & 3 restrictions, Legal's Only & Elopement Style Ceremonies are permitted, therefore certain services cannot be delivered! Please refer to the current restrictions here

My Services - What You Get!

This includes services for straight, same-sex weddings and destination ceremonies within Australia:

First meet and greet obligation-free, either by phone or in person.
Once appointed as your Celebrant, we will discuss all the relevant Ceremony details and the planning process.
Together we will design, draft and create your Ceremony, until we get it right! I will annoy you, over and over!
Provide you access to all my resources, everything you need to create your ultimate ceremony!
Correspond regularly via email, phone contact and schedule any meetings, if required.
Prepare and lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and Declaration form - legal requirement - download here.
Prepare Official Marriage Certificate - signed during the Ceremony - legal requirement.
Prepare Commemorative Certificate of Marriage - signed during the Ceremony - legal requirement.
Conduct an onsite rehearsal, if required.
Arrive 45 minutes prior to the commencement of your Ceremony to set up and prepare my equipment.
Delivery of a personalised and professional ceremony, including a professional bound copy of your Ceremony as a keep-sake.
Provide a signing table, tablecloth and two chairs, (natural timber foldaway table & chairs) - no charge, if required.
Provide an outdoor PA/speaker system (USB, Bluetooth, any device compatible) so you can play your Ceremony music - no charge, if required.
Prompt lodgement of all the above forms and certificates to the Registrar at Births Deaths & Marriages, post ceremony.
Official Certificate of Marriage ordered on your behalf with Births, Deaths & Marriages, post ceremony.
I will dress appropriately and professionally and in a colour to suit.
Assure you confidential and secure record keeping of all your paperwork.
Personal and Public indemnity insurance.

What You Don't Get:

The purchase of special ritual items, e.g., butterflies, candles, sand, etc., for the Ceremony.
Wedding Theme: you may want me to wear an outfit according to your theme, this will be charged accordingly.

What It Will Cost You?

Legal's Only - no fuss, sign legal papers & legal vows only - at my home: $250 OR at your home/local location: $300
Eloping - usually just the 2 of you & your 2 witnesses, a basic ceremony & legal vows: $450
Intimate - celebrating with your loved one's, 5-25 guests, standard ceremony & legal vows, (1st date/romantic story not incl.): $550
Cherished - close family & friends, design full ceremony & legal vows, up to 50 guests, (1st date/romantic story not incl.): $700
Ultimate - all the love and fuss, full ceremony, legal vows & 1st date/romantic story, 50+ guests: $850 **
Destination - just name that exotic location/destination, includes all the above & accommodation, flight/s neg? $1000

(If “1st date/romantic story” not included/required in your ceremony, discounted by $100)
(BDM Certificate of Marriage ordered & provided as my GIFT to you! Value $45! This offer does not apply to “Legal’s Only”)

Plus Travel expenses for regional/country Victoria (100klms+ outside CBD, one return trip): $80
Plus Accommodation for regional/country Victoria/interstate, if required: to be discussed/negotiated
Plus Travel expenses for interstate/international destination trips: $Airfare to be negotiated

My Services - What You Get?

Commitment, Renewal of Vows & Naming Ceremonies. This includes Destination Ceremonies within Australia:

First meet and greet obligation-free, either by phone or in person.
Once appointed as your Celebrant, schedule any meetings and correspond via email, etc.
Access to all my resources, including suggested readings, vows, music, rituals, etc.
Together we will design, draft and create your Ceremony, until we get it right. I will annoy you over and over!
Design and prepare Commitment Ceremony Certificate or Ceremony Certificate for the Child
Design and prepare Naming Ceremony Certificate for the Godparents/Mentors/Guardians (for Naming Ceremonies)
Arrive 45 minutes prior to the commencement of the Ceremony to set up and ensure my equipment is working.
Provide you a signing table, tablecloth and two chairs - no charge, if required.
Provide an outdoor PA/speaker system (USB, Bluetooth, any device compatible), to play your music - no charge, if required.
Delivery of a personalised and professional Ceremony, including a professional copy of the Ceremony presented to you as a keep-sake.
I will dress appropriately, professionally and in a colour to suit.

What You Don't Get:

What It Will Cost You?

U&Me - Commitment Ceremony, usually the 2 of you and or 2 of your witnesses, (1st date/romantic story not incl.): $450
Intimate - Commitment Ceremony, basic ceremony, 5-25 guests, (1st date/romantic story not incl.): $500
Cherished - Commitment Ceremony, standard ceremony, up to 50 guests, (1st date/romantic story not incl.): $650
Ultimate - Commitment Ceremony, full ceremony, 50+ guests, 1st date/romantic story incl.: $750 **
Destination - Commitment/Renewal of Vows Ceremony, includes all + accommodation expense: $1000
Renewal of Vows - full ceremony, depending on guest no's, may or may not include life story: $350-650
Naming - full ceremony, plus 2 certificates: $450
